Me To [email protected] Today at 6:37 PM An Inspector General Employees told me to let you know the following, so you can take the appropriate legal action against these criminals: On April, 20014, I was unfortunately contacted by a Mafia Member called Gary Kinsey. I was hired to work for the company below. While working for this mafia, I found out that the company below is a fake and fraudulent company owned by mafia members – Mr. Gary Kinsey and Mafia Member Kevin M. McGuire [who is employed as the Commissioner of Westchester County Dept. of Social Service]. This fraudulent company hires teachers with licenses, so they can submit their paperwork (to get the Federal and State Funds that they steal from the Federal & State Government). This company is, supposedly, to teach children. They use it to teach children who are Special Education Children and are on welfare, along with their parents. In reality, though, the said children are not being taught anything. The said mafia members just do the paperwork and MAKE the federal and state government BELIEVE that the children are being taught. Mr. Kinsey, the one who is physically in the office, is not in the office for real. He charges the federal and state government for hours of work that he, his “friend” who works as a “secretary” and other “workers, there, NEVER work. They give FALSE hours of work (when they are supposedly in the office); but they are really not. In- stead, they are hanging out with their friends and getting paid for hours that they don’t work. The welfare-parents are told to sign papers and do what they are told by the said two mafia members (in order for the parents to get their welfare and in order for the Mafia Members to get their money from the Federal and State government). After I found out what has been going on, for years, I was NOT paid for ONE MONTH of teaching that I did and the $75 per hour that I was promised NEVER showed up. It is being a month since they fired me because I found out what went on and I refused to participate. Then, I was threatened by Mr. Kinsey and his “friend”-secretary. The Illegal Aliens-Traffickers of Government Benefits & Citizens’ Identities Mafia Strikes Again and Continues to Steal Millions of Dollars from the Tax-Payers’ Money: “We will pay you WHENEVER we want. You know that, last time, we paid you after a year -- after we made sure that you lost your home for lock of income. And, if we have to close this phantom company, we will. We have dozens of them, anyway!” You know that our mafia controls the NYS Dept. of Labor and they won’t do anything for you. They will do whatever we tell them to do!” We just have to keep on saying that we will pay you and that we are not refusing to pay you. McGuire). Unfortunately, Mr. Gary Kinsey and his fake/fraudulent company (U.S. Reading Solutions, Inc) contacted me to teach for them. I, later, found out that they have been defrauding the USA Government with millions of dollars with the help of a mafia member (by making believe that they were tutoring and teaching NYC and Westchester County-Children when, in reality, they were just charging the government for it so; but NOT TEACHING or TUTORING the children). In addition to the aforementioned, Mr. Kinsey, tried to make me get involved in this illegalities and I, later, found out that he hired me WITH no intentions of paying me. While he charged the government around $400 per hour [or more], per child, he said that he would pay me much less than $100 per hour (when I was the one doing the teaching). And, even under these conditions he refuses to pay me after ONE MONTH of working for him without salary while he invents excuses and problems over and over to stall his paying me my honoraries. Mr. Kinsey and Mafia Member Kevin McGuire, his partner in crime, lured me into taking the job, had me working for ONE MONTH, and stole my salary. I am a single woman who supports her family. Without this hard earned money, I cannot even buy my disable mother a Mother’s Day Present, pay the copayments for my chronically ill, mother’s mediation (who is epileptic, elderly, and a cancer survivor). I cannot pay for her rent, the car to take her to the hospitals, and the doctors that she needs to stay alive. I cannot even pay for my medications after I got sick while working for him. Enclosed, please, find recordings of phone conversations, from May 5th, 2014,with one of the said mafia members (Mr. Gary Kinsey) where he lies (once again) and says that he will pay me and gives me one of the MANY DATES that he has given me (to pay me); but never pays me.
