Step 4 - Accountability, Participation and Before & After Accountability The 14-Day Slim Down provides everything you need to jumpstart healthy habits that will help you lose weight and keep it off in time for the warmer weather to begin! However, without accountability, many of you will not make it the full 14 days. Therefore, one STRICT requirement to participate in this FREE group is DAILY accountability in our Facebook page. There are over 50 of you in this group! Imagine the support and inspiration you can give each other! Each day, you MUST check in with the group at least 1 time. Your check in should include 4 main pieces of information: 1) Meals - Did you eat 5 meals & stay within your calorie allowance? What was the healthiest thing you ate? What was the least-healthy thing you ate? 2) Hydration - Did you drink 64+ oz. of water? 3) Cardio - What did you do to complete your 30-minutes of cardio? 4) How are you feeling? In addition to your daily post, I encourage you to like and make positive comments on everyone elses posts to help motivate them as well. We are a group, a team, and we will finish this together! The person who makes the most posts during the 14-Day Slim Down will earn a PRIZE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Participation IF YOU MISS MORE THAN ONE CHECK IN IN A ROW, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUP. Im not trying to be mean, but this is a FREE group, and its only 14 days long, and with so many of you, we cant be chasing you down. You must participate to participate. We are trying to help you to create habits that will get you results Before & After While you must weigh yourself in order to determine your calorie allowance, I hope you will also take before and after pictures and measurements for your own sake. Sometimes the scale is not an accurate representation of the progress youve made -- a visual will usually help you see how far youve come. Remember, if 1 lb. of muscle replaces 1 lb. of fat, your body will change, but the scale will not. To take before pictures, wear form-fitting clothing or a swimsuit and stand in front of a blank wall. Get a shot of your front, side and back with your arms and body relaxed. To take before measurements, use a tape measure to record the inches in your right arm, left arm, chest, waist, hips, right thigh and left thigh. THATS IT! YOURE READY TO BEGIN!!!!!
