Searching for male subject believed to be walking train tracks, white male wearing khakis and chase bank shirt. Stated individual has been known to do this in the past. Requested blood hounds from Jo Daviess, thermal imaging and Air One helipcopter from Elgin, helicopter crew unavailable. Sheriffs deputy stated that they are also requesting train coming through around 1:30 A.M be delayed because of worry that the train wouldnt be able to stop in time and the individual could be hit and that maintenance crew with track truck be dispatched to help search for individual with officer. Also searching Freeport Hotels/Motels for individuals out of Elgin. Further details or reason for search is unknown at this time.
