Steve and I have tried running, tabata training, powerlifting, conditioning and everything we could think of to get in better shape. We eat a gluten-free, mostly grain-free, clean diet...yet the scale barely budged. Then I found these beachbody workouts. We decided to try Insanity Max 30 along with eating a very clean diet...our challenge is to do this for 60 days and see how great we can look for our Mexico trip. Two weeks under our belt and combined weve lost more than 13lbs and 13inches! We feel amazing! The scale continues to move almost daily and were just amazed that any at home workout program could be so powerful. It takes will-power and a drive to push through and change, but the videos themselves have modifiers for every fitness level (for those without health restrictions). I almost didnt order the videos because it was a money commitment, then I thought...I either pay for my health now...or later in life with a more expensive hospital bill! So we jumped and are so happy we did:). We will post more results at the end for anyone interested!
