Still Love this truth! 2 Cor 5:21, For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God The thought of being Justified before God is simply amazing. That justification before a holy God by faith in Christ alone is true grace. Still many dont understand the fullness of such a word. Justification affects our status and is used as a legal term to suggest we are absolved of all guilt in His divine tribunal. Justification is a event. We are in the clear, pardoned, declared righteous and right - standing before a God of justice, because Jesus took our sin and fully satisfied the wrath of God on calvary. Still this word means more, justified is to be in a state on no condemnation, guilt, punishment or judgment. It is to know that we are the righteousness of God in Christ. To Be Justified by faith Alone is to understand I am approved by God. I am free from all guilt or deserved punishment, And I now posses a Righteousness belonging to him that now entitles me to every spiritual blessing in Christ (Union) by Grace True Justification comes in this that the righteousness of God is that by which we are justified, The gift of forgiveness of sins. This righteousness is sweet because it makes God not just a righteous Judge but a forgiving Father, who wants to use His righteousness not to judge but to justify and absolve sinners. Christ himself he is the Righteousness that justifieth, Rom. 4:20. My prayer is Christ and your conscience would become one and the same, so You see nothing but Christ crucified and raised from the dead in your spirit. Our righteousness is that of Christ in us. We need to continually look at Jesus and not our self!
