Still burning off that Thanksgiving dinner ( and leftovers)? Try this turkey circuit from yesterdays Thanksgiving themed Boot Camp in the park! (Yes I realize its more the Thanksgiving sides we ate that we need to burn off but for the sake of my theme, lets say turkey) Burn off those: Turkey thighs: lunge jump x 20 Turkey breast: push-up rotation x 20 Turkey wings: reverse fly x 20 Finish with: Turkey burp: burpees x 20
