Still learning about Facebook. I am linking these two pictures together so that all can see. I was told to go on medication back in January, 2013 because I was getting typical bp readings of 156/92 sometimes higher. Instead I tried a product from Nikken called Bergistrol. I was told to take two ounces a day for the first month then one ounce per day. Most the time I was compliant but sometimes I would forget. I did not notice anything for the first two months but then notice a small change. The readings listed today are 113/75 and are consistent. I also notice that my cholesterol change from high to normal. Everyone needs to know about this. No side effects only benefits.
