Still nothing regarding what to do about gaining 40lbs of muscle. I am taking a test booster at the moment. Some people talk about losing weight, my question to them always is "where so you want the weight to come from?" If you focus on cardio then not only will you lose fat but also muscle, that is why weight training is important to incorporate into your journey of "losing weight". If you want to lose the fat, do weight training with some cardio and make sure to eat enough protein to help at least maintain the muscles you do have and slowly over a certain period of time drop your carbohydrate intake down to 100-80g. You do this and you will see awesome results. Any ideas on what I should do to gain the 40lbs if muscle, I want to do this as fast as possible so I can start cutting and looking good as hell!
