Still searching for a place to live... Went to my home yesterday to sort thru unclenable things and came across a box of photo albums & loose photos form all the years gone by and found them all saturated in water & stuck together - I cried my eyes out... Pics of my 4 kids throughout the years- My kids awards etc -parrents wedding Pic my baby pics...what a mess - what a horrible loss.. This is so unbelievably hard on us. Thoguht we found a place and Now this lady is asking if the Ins company would pay for damages if we damaged the place,,,wth? of course they wont. Why is everyone trying to rip them off. Ask US we will sign a statement that WE are responsible for any damages that we cause which will be none. Although I have been accused of leaving places so clean that they do not need a cleaning crew..... Think she is asking hem b/c she wants their money b/c our rent is fully paid by them.... She should ask us not my Ins agent rep to sign something. Income-wise we def. qualify to get in there. This is a gated community & very up-scale. A wee bit stressed as thios homeless saga continues. Awaiting corporates decision. and they do not ask for a sec. deposit there but we would gladly pay one if it would help ease their minds with a short term lease ;)
