Stolen Backhoe Leads to Three Arrests (Carrollton, KY #KSPPost5) - Three people were arrested yesterday (5/5) in connection with a stolen backhoe in Carroll County. Kentucky State Police Post 5 received a call from the Kentucky State Highway Department advising that a backhoe they had been using for road work on Highway 467 had been stolen. Trooper Dave Roberts was dispatched and was able to locate the machine in a creek bed on Buffalo Creek Road.
