Ive notified the powers that be and they are checking into it. Amazon Print Order issues: There was a fulfillment error in their warehouse for PRINT copies. Some orders are not delivering immediately, but they have promised to do everything they can do have them shipped immediately. I do not suggest canceling your order before finding another copy in a store, etc. Australia Peeps: They havent put a pre order up yet. Im being told it will happen around the first of November Signed Orders: I signed them this weekend. They were being shipped out, as promised, on Monday and Tuesday. They are priority mail and that takes 2 to 3 days. I am so, so sorry for anyone who is having problems downloading or ordering the book. Trust me, thats the last thing an author wants to hear happening, but please know we are working on getting this resolved ASAP.
