Stop making fake promises when youre campaigning. The fake promises and false hopes given by you President Museven have denied Uganda of development. You come with promises of road construction,schools,technical institutes and blind fold people to vote for you but you dont bother fulfilling your commitments. You went to Jinja and promised to tarmac Jinja-Kamuli road via Budondo,Mbulamuti but up to now nothing has been done yet a lot of money is wasted on useless things like your daily visits organized on tax payers money. You promised to tarmac Gulu-Kitgum road but up to now no single sign of working is in place, people are losing lives because of poor roads but you seem not bothered. You have been quoted making promises of improving Gulu- Nimule road via Pabo,Atiak but nothing is in place yet this is a road connecting Uganda to South Sudan where many Ugandans trade from. You promised people of Bukungu to improve their road from Kamuli via Balawoli but its coming to a decade without anything you only go to ask for votes. Many Districts in the country dont have tarmac roads among others include the following; Abim,Agago,Amuru, Buyende, Buvuuma Luuka,Kalongo Nwoya.Adjuman is an old district but its a shame that tarmac is just in the heart of the Town council yet this is a potential area for development having big hotels like Zawadi. The poor roads in the Country dont support Village-Town flow of resources and visa vasa, many Ugandans in rural areas are marginalized and only thought of during election periods. You have failed to realize that Ugandans are not poor but its you making them poor, permit and sign out to save Ugandans from vulnerability.
