#StoppUs team met on 12th Dec 2014 (Saturday) to discuss on various initiatives and plans to take up in coming days. Below are the MoM... 1. Focus on increasing Volunteers. 2. Create a short Presentation on what all activities we are doing. 3. Visit IBCS or ITER to have a 1 hour session where we will showcase our work to the Students. 4. We will have one cleanliness activity at Khandagiri and Udayagiri, where we will just focus on cleaning those hills. 5. We will try to create an SHG for the Cuttack Slum People so that they can be self dependent. 6. We will try to create a market place for the SHGs where they can sell their products on a weekly basis. On Women Empowerment: **************************** 1. Identify VIllages and plan for Visiting the places and do Swach Gram Abhiyan and at the end a short Street play for creating awareness among the Villagers. 2. Approach All India Radio to get a short time for passing Messages towards respecting Women, on Gender Equality and on different issues that Women are facing. 3. Approach news Papers to publish different activities we are doing or to publish on our Meetings and the Minutes of our Meetings. 4. Will be planning to pass different messages by showcasing our ideas through posters.
