Stopped for dinner on the way home from driving around to get out of the house, but staying away from the stores, at BlackENed Pea (the Blackeyed Pea on North Collins that has caught on fire three times). Almost every time we eat there I have the lemon grilled salmon. Glad I didnt just bite into it tonight without looking since it was not cooked all the way through! Yeah...that could have been a nightmare for my suppressed immune system! Of course, should it have led to my demise, The Caveman would be a veryvery rich Caveman! LOL Worse yet, the manager who was supposed to come talk to us never showed before the new piece of fish showed up (cooked thoroughly this time) and we got a to-go box and came home! The waiter was very sweet and comped my meal and I tipped the kid the full amount I would have had everything been perfect because his service was what it shouldve been. Now debating whether or not to contact the manager at Blackened Pea or their home office about the manager not bothering to address this issue...
