Storenvy got back to me about the problem I had yesterday. It took 24 hours, and heres what they told me: Hi Leslie, Sorry for the trouble. I can only suggest that you refund the accidental orders -support.storenvy/customer/portal/articles/1090660-how-do-i-issue-my-customer-a-refund- And make sure that you are uploading the quantities correctly - support.storenvy/customer/portal/articles/1090650 Please let us know if this continues. If I was the one who caused the problem by listing the wrong quantities, it wouldnt say I had -1 in stock, would it? It would say I had sold the amount I had listed. WELL! Since they dont seem to think this is worth fixing, I guess Im done with Storenvy! If this happened TWICE the FIRST time I tried to sell through them, then Im not optimistic about how it would go the next time.
