Storm Team Weather Discussion: Monday will be delightful with abundant sunshine and temperatures rising into the upper 40s and low 50s! Get outside and enjoy it, because the next Alberta Clipper sweeps in late Monday night into Tuesday. More light to moderate snow showers can be expected, MINOR to LIGHT accumulations of Nothing to 1 of snow for the Tri-Cities and lower elevations, while the higher terrain 2500 feet and above could see several inches by Tuesday evening. It all depends on the wind direction, if the winds are NW then there will be a better chance of higher snow totals for the mountains. If the winds are from the West though the snow totals will be lower. Behind this system is an invasion of ARCTIC AIR PART DEUX. Temperatures will only be in the mid to upper 20s for highs on Wednesday and Thursday! And the lows will dip into the single digits to NEAR ZERO for the mountains, Wednesday morning!
