Storms over the Inner Banks have come WAY down in intensity over the past hour, but possible minor flood concerns as it has been raining over the same areas the past 3 hours. Heavy downpour popping up for Williamston and in between there and Windsor, near Quitsna. Light to moderate showers now moving into W. Duplin County and Pender County. Keeping rain chances in the forecast through this evening and into the overnight hours...
