Strange fruit!~ This day I awoke from a deep comma like sleep in my own livable tomb! But I awoke to find strangers standing in my room! And for some strange reason they were all staring at me, and talking to me with their eyes!~ As if I was their investment of hope they had finally come to visualize! And they all spoke in unison, saying, “We are the great cloud of witnesses!~ And they asked me one strange question, “Do you know what your mission is?” And I thought within myself to ask “Did GOD send you? And they all suddenly disappeared, but I knew they were still there in the room! And they were watching me, because I could feel them!~ Have you ever thought about your destiny and purpose in life beyond the reality of life as you physically know it to be? Have ever tried to see life from GOD’S perspective spiritually? As a child have you ever asked GOD questions that neither the science of the scientist, the Philosophy of the philosophers nor the theology of theologians could not answer with their feeble limited minds? Only for GOD to answer you with a moment of epiphany in time, where you become deaf, dumb, and everything goes black, and you become spiritually blind! And at that moment you have an epiphany that GOD is real, as a child! Even as a child I had a vivid imagination that I could not contain within reality or time! And I knew it had to do with truth, wisdom, knowledge, and questions that needed to be answered, that were beyond the feeble thoughts of my limited mind! And ever since then I have been on a journey of eternity seeking after truth, a strange fruit! I call it a strange fruit because strange is nothing more than something that is different from the norm, unusual or surprising in a way that is unsettling or hard to understand. “Children have some strange ideas”, it is something different from what is usual, normal, or expected, not known, heard, or seen before, not entirely comfortable with or well received. Something or someone not previously visited, seen, or encountered before; unfamiliar or alien. I am strange, I am the strange fruit! A psalm of Strange fruit, a vision of an imaginary image of truth seen from the heart of a man who has not lost his GOD given imagination to see life spiritually beyond the reality of his now, a psalm “by Reese Kemp!” An Invitation to the Secret Place! Welcome to the secret place. Where we walk in peace & rest in grace. Where there is no more time, just a seam in space. Where eternity dwells & there’s no more hast. Where hope is satisfied & life is not a rat race. Where life is truth revealed, & you can see his face. This is where eternity dwells. Where prayer & meditation becomes one & the same. Where truth is power given to men to make things change. Where truth is not an option, it’s the way of life. Where change must occur to make all things right. Where there’s no more fear & no more pain. Nothing is hidden & everything is explained. Where life is lived & no one dies. Where truth is coveted & there is no room for lies. This is the secret place. To find this place you must seek His face. When this place is found you have His grace, & favor in your life. This is where eternity dwells. Welcome to the secret place! I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shall you trust: his truth shall be your shield and buckler. You shall not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flies by day; Nor for the pestilence that walks in darkness; nor for the destruction that wastes at noonday. A thousand shall fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come nigh you. Only with your eyes shall you behold and see the reward of the wicked. Because you have made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, your habitation; There shall no evil befall you, neither shall any plague come nigh your dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways. (Amos 3:7-8) Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he reveals HIS SECRET unto his servants the prophets. The lion has roared, who will not fear?
