Strangest thing happened to me last night, I was cleaning up the house ... thats it. lol Noooo! We have a very old but cool helmut from the 1800s, it has a large spike on the top and the helmut sits on a chair post. I noticed a container on the floor beside the chair so I quickly bent down to pick it up, and the helmut spike went into my eye socket right between my eye ball and the bone of my nose. I quickly, very quickly, stood back up and the spike slid out as easily as it went in. I am not sure how much of the spike went into my eye but it felt really weird and it did not hurt!!! I stood speechless for a few minutes, probably in shock of what just happened. I cleaned my eye out with water and eye drops. My eye was a little red for a bit but I felt fine. It feels a little bruised today. I feel very lucky, it could have been so much worse!!
