Stray dogs from Romania are killed with cruelty for 25 years. The stray dogs business is more profitable than ever. Only in Bucharest, the City Hall allocated this year (2014) 7.000.000 euros for killing stray dogs. No other measures are yet implemented to stop the abandon of stray dogs or to punish it. Neutering dogs with owner, the source of stray dogs is postponed for 25 years. On 08.03.2014 took place a huge protest all over the world against stray dogs killers from Romania. Over 100.000 protesters shouted: Shame on you Romania! Romanians were known as thieves. Now we are known as murderers. Extremists groups who ask killing stray dogs have stained the coutrys image.
