Strength Front Squat 2-2-2-2-2-2-2 Conditioning 10 min AMRAP: 1 Clean & Jerk (185/125) 10 Box Jumps (24/20) 2 Clean & Jerks 10 Box Jumps 3 Clean & Jerks 10 Box Jumps Etc... Rest 1 min then Run 400m for time This was todays workout. Had to split it up in a couple different sessions. Did 7 sets of FS earlier today and PRd 1 rep at 275. Then came back tonight for a little 11 oclock fun... Did 4 more sets of front squat working up to 255 then got 7 full rounds on 10 min AMRAP with a 1:34 400m run right afterward. Not bad for after a full Friendsgiving meal and a glass of wine! Next up: Loop D Fruit protein shake and Sleep! Have I mentioned how proud I am of our members! Had about 90% of the crew PR their Front Squat today! Maggie Charland, Morgan Charland, Jennifer Parmalee, Drew Beaty, Laura Ashley Heath, Haley Hogue, Robert Moore (I dont appreciate you passing me up on your front squat max today!), Andrew, Kristin, Knik aka Kinky, Fish, Erin, Erik, and Brandi. Beast Awards for the day go to: Eric Olson 30# PR @ 215! Craig Fetter 25# PR @ 325! Crystal Irwin Landers 40# PR @ 180! And I am of course super proud of my wife and her super consistency over the last 3ish weeks with her CrossFit training and Raw/vegan(ish) diet. Those are my acknowledgments of the day. Goodnight!
