Stress is a sequence, you have to manage “Training gives us an outlet for suppressed energies created by stress and thus tones the spirit just as exercise conditions the body”... Arnold Schwarzenegger If you are not able to address your emotions, unable to handle your body mechanism it becomes stressful. From school stress takes toll, performing in exams, scoring marks, no high marks you are in for stress. Once you finish college, looking for Job getting placed, if you don’t get placed you are stressed. In job you are stressed. From there bigger stress you add up by getting married. Then you start living with. This may be physical or emotional. There are 2 kinds of stress the Eustress (Good stress) and the Distress. The negativity impact is called the stress. For any achievement good stress is welcome but one cannot be negating the work of good stress to be flooded, eventually causing distress. Need for stress management is eventually to increase the efficacy on the day to day functioning of life.
