Stress is the body strain seen as the response to environmental pressure. It may lead to physical, neurological, psychological, gastrointestinal, circulatory and/or sleep disorders. Stress also comes with feelings of insecurity, anger and/or fear. Stress does not always cause bad effects somehow. In small doses, it may help our body: - Motivate their efforts - Stay energetic and alert - Sharpen their concentration - Increase memory Nevertheless, long-term stress causes major damage to health, mood, productivity, relationships, and quality of life. When the body frequently runs in tiring mode and feels overwhelmed, it is about time to bring back balance.
