Studying for Exams?? Its important to nurture & support yourself to achieve the best possible outcome. Keeping calm & focused is obviously beneficial to anyone going through this stressful period. Along with the key points in supporting yourself such as getting adequate, restful sleep & eating nutritious food that will sustain energy & brain function, Aromatherapy can play a vital role in supporting mood, focus & memory. We have a few exclusive blends that I would recommend to vaporise while studying & then to add a few drops to a tissue to inhale during the examinations.
