STUCTURE: individual group discussions in the colleges in batches of 16 followed by the grand finale of inter collegiate level. TOTAL NO. OF DEBATES : 40+1 VENUES: individual colleges+ GRAND FINALE AT A NEUTRAL PLACE. TIMINGS: 20 minute group discussion. REGISTRATIONS: advanced +on the spot.
