Subhanallah, I was just watching TV when I heard this very loud crashing sound, I looked out the window where the sound came from, then i saw this guy standing behind a car that seem to have crashed while hitting a lamp post. I called Hazmi to have an ambulance come over and when I was about to go down, there was a door bell. Its our neighbor telling me about the accident and asked me if I was a Nurse. I said yes, I was about to gi there. Locked the house and went. A family of 5 was in a car accident. What caused it? I dont have an idea. But by the looks of it. The driver, the father was driving so fast that the lamp post got bent. One thing is for certain, the family wasnt wearing their safety belts except for the driver. There were 2 boys about the ages of 3-5 years at the back and a girl around 2 years seated on her moms lap when it happened. The kids were brought out by our neighbors, the mom was still insude the car with blood all over her face. I introduced myself that Im a nurse and I was there to help the best I could. She never spoke, it seems she had a trauma with her neck or jaw. I asked her to not move her head and just wiggle her fingers to answer my questions. She agreed. No other signs if injury, no chest pain, she was wide awake. I told her not to sleep and just breath normally wile Ill check the kids. Then the ambulance came... Around after 10 minutes... Now theyre on their way to the hospital. In sya allah everything will be ok. Lesson: Always wear your safety belts. It got its name for a reason!
