Subj: DRIVER LICENCES FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS I have to share my opinion on the above subject. First and foremost, I am reluctant to approve of the law in California. Secondly, I dont trust the law for a number of reasons. One of my biggest concern is for all the people I see at DMV standing in line, making appointments to get their privledge to drive legally in California, and the rest of CONUS. They will be providing information where they live. Understand that they will be giving up information that the state does not have, and this is the United States, that information can and will be shared with the FTB, ICE, and the IRS. Since the United States can not control the border, north, south, east and west. This is landmark law that will put millions of people not aware of the history of these United States. Freedom is not free. Remember what happened to the Japanese Americans. I am very leary that action will be taken to send those that applied out of the country. I know that sending family members back to their countries of origins, with or without their children seems unfair. Think about this: Their children are U.S. citizens by birth. They will be sent back with dual citizenship. Its more than you think it is. I predict by the end of the first quarter, you will see unemployment at a all-time low, the housing market will be more available to middle class people and inflation will be no more. Its all about the law of supply and demand. IJS
