Such a busy day. WOW! The open house I did today in a fabulous rancher on Labelle Ave had people from Vernon and PoCo stop by. Also some local folks who moved here from Vancouver Island a couple of years ago came in. The best part was when a nice lady some birds in the yard ...she told me in her old back yard she would count to see how many different species came each year. 22 apparently was the most she ever got. It was a great conversation because Im crazy for birds also. One of the best parts about being a Realtor is getting to meet new people and getting to know them a little better.
