Such a fun bunch of weekend shows! Thank you to everyone that came out to see us at Memphis and Blue Martini this weekend. Personally, it was a very rewarding weekend for InVersion Band as were reaching new musical highs. I couldnt be prouder of the band. So, a BIG thank you to the InVersion Band musicians AND their families for their continued hard work and sacrifice. Its hasnt gone unnoticed. We all have faced many bumps and bruises over the last few years and everyone has kept a smile on their face, a funny joke, or silly look on their face.. ready to shine at a moments notice to lighten the day. The chemistry in this group is amazing and has absolutely been no accident of inclusion. I also want to thank the venues that have hosted us and continue to book us into 2015. Without all mentioned believing in the project and continuing to support us, we would certainly have failed long ago. Lastly, please support live music whenever you possibly can. Musicians are among the hardest working professionals in the universe and local musicians typically do it for pay that most professionals would refuse. Most of us never get that lucky break to go on to national stages, so please..support local artists. Our long hours of practice and performances, gear expenses, etc., proves that the compulsion to be a local musician in the scene is a TRUE labor of love that ultimately gives the musicians and our listeners immeasurable factors of happiness.
