Such idiots. Im too rich to receive financial aid but too poor to pay for the total cost of college. I came to Canada where I can receive a higher education comparable in rigor, if not better, than most colleges in America for a small percentage of the price Id pay back home. This is insulting to such a huge portion of the middle and lower class that Ive seen struggle through school because of outstanding life circumstances. Not everyone is lucky enough to do as I did or as these anchors did. Clearly, they dont know the struggle that the majority of America goes through in the hopes of improving their lives and academic backgrounds. University, at least community college, should be heavily subsidized if not free for those who need it most to better their chances at making a livable wage. This would only work for our advantage. I cant even stand to hear them complain about the 60 billion dollar cost it would take to make this a reality when they support the same party that led us to spend more than a trillion dollars on the pointless war we fought up to this year in the Middle East. That is all.
