Sucking my teeth on the wonderfully cool day Big misconceptions. .systems (jail, courts, public assistance and soon education) were not designed to put ppl back to work, unit families,rehabilitate, . ..so stop coming up with solutions that are dead end, bandaids and based on where you think ur tax dollars are going (did you receive a itemized statement with ur w2 that broke it down for you?)...be clear about the ppl who receive the most assistance. .ijs
