White Onions Bread Red Wine Beer Fruit Desserts Food Fresh Water Anpu Cigar Coffee Candy Popcorn Red Palm Oil Fresh Water Palm wine Coffee Liqueur Day 1 Contemplate the life of Osir as described in the Osirian Tradition, contemplate the life of your Ancestors, Contemplate your life, contemplate the effect of the life of your Ancestors on your life. Day 2 Contemplate the death of Osir as described in the Osirian Tradition. Contemplate its cosmological implications. Contemplate the death of Osir in relationship to your Ancestors. Contemplate the death of Osir in reationship to your Self. Day 3 Contemplate the love and devotion of Auset, her sacrifice and efforts to Re-member Osir, to reclaim his body, to put him back together again. Focus on the same feelings of love and devotion, passion for Re-membering nTr, your Ancestors, and your Self. Day 4 Contemplate the work of Anpu to restore, purify, preserve, and protect the body of Osir. Contemplate your self as Anpu doing the same work for nTr, your Ancestors, and yourself. Day 5 Contemplate Auset taking the seed of Osir once his body has been restored, conceiving and becoming pregnant with Heru, who is in essence, Osir returned. Contemplate yourself like Auset, becoming (Full) of the Divine. Contemplate the Divine seed, your own innate Divine potential. Contemplate your self like Heru, as the ultimate return of your Ancestors, contemplate your lineage. Day 6 Contemplate Heru at the behest of Osir, going to war with and ultimately defeating Heru, restoring his fathers legacy and reclaiming his rightful place on his fathers throne. Contemplate yourself as Heru in relationship to the Divine, and at its behest going to war with and overcoming your own lower nature (negative emotions, bad habits that you can think of...dont worry). Contemplate yourself as Heru connecting with, being open to, and receiving guidance from your Ancestors in life as you move forward to glorify them and restore their legacy. Day 7 contemplate Heru performing the Opening of the Mouth ritual on behalf of his father, awakening his cognitive faculties. This happens mainly by way of Heru offering his Eye (His Life) to Osir, so that Osir may life through it/him. Contemplate yourself as Heru, offering your life to nTr, surrendering completely to the Divine. Contemplate yourself as Heru, offering your life to your Ancestors. Day 8 Contemplate the Union of Ra (Life) and Osir, the fusion of the two, which goes on to become Sukari. Sukari is the living Ba of Osir. Sukari through the Opening of the Mouth and Herus offering of his Eye, is resurrected and lives and rules the world through Heru. Heru is identified with the boat that carries Sukari called Henu. As Heru Henu he carries his father Sukari. He is his Image (Avatar). As his father sits upon the throne in the Duat, he looks out into the world through Herus Eyes. Heru through his offering of himself, gains access to his fathers Wisdom and Power, as his perspective is deepend by Sukaris position in the spirit realm. Sukari is also the nTr of death. In a way, Herus union with Sukari represents the death of his Ego so that his Father might live through and as him. Contemplate yourself as Heru, willing to serve as the vessel of nTr, the vessel of your Ancestors. Concentrate on quieting your mind, quelling your ambitions and desires so that you can hear the voice of your bA, the seat of the Divine and inner ancestral spirit speaking through you as your conscience. Contemplate on emptying yourself, in a sense dying, by evoking a inner disposition of complete surrender and acceptance. This will allow nTr and the Ancestors to freely flow through you and mathematically synchronize (harmonize) your life. Open yourself to Khepri (Change). Sukari as the nTr of death and regeneration is a both a builder (he is a craftsmen ) and a destroyer. All him to be so in your life. As he synchronizez your life you will see things seemingly falling a part, things/people leaving you, ideas youve held to being dismantled, etc. These things are cleared away to make room for the things that you need to enter your life and also move (force) you to grow/evolve. Be open, surrender. Day 9 Read and Meditate on the Litany of Sukari. Make offerings to your Anpu, and your Ancestors. Spend as much time in meditation as possible. Day 10/11 Reflect upon the past 9 days, what you have felt, learned, etc. Meditate on your oneness with nTr, nTrw, Ancestors and all things. Let the feeling of oneness, surrender, acceptance/openness lead you to a deep feeling of peace and relaxation Day 12 Contemplate the seeds that you would like to plant in your life that you would like to see come to fruition in the next year. Meditate on your vision for you and your family, who you want to be and what you want to see in your life. Take into consideration any insight you have gained over the past several days and factor them into your vision. Ask for input and guidance from your bA and your Ancestors. Construct your vision so that imagining it evokes great feelings of joy and bliss. This is very important Day 13 Celebrate your life, celebrate your Ancestors, celebrate your vision..Celebrate your family. Celebrate your Divinity. Eat good, sing, dance! Give praises to Bast and Het heru for the joy and pleasure. focus on feelings of thankfulness. Extend this celebration as far as you can over the next several days. Read and sing chants and hymns to Het heru or just salute her, asking her to bring harmony, love, life, prosperity, and health to your life and the life of those that you love!
