Summer Staff: Where are they now? Meet Tim Van Der Bilt! I worked in the summers of 2003-2005 as a counselor and 2005, I was the Mens Director, as well as a counselor. I now serve as the Director of Childrens Ministry at a church in Grand Rapids, MI, which I have been for two and a half years now. Before that, I worked at SpringHill Camps full-time for three years as a Program and Activities Director and a counselor in 2006. I would say that my summers at Catalyst Camps really gave me a stronger passion to see kids lives changed for Christ, causing me to be motivated to pursue full-time ministry.
