Sunday: 9/3/2014 - while flipping through various channel for the latest updates/development on the ill-fated MH370; have a sudden urge to share my thought with especially my 4 kids. With the fast moving world and the dog eat dog bone of today society -it is so competitive that just only equip yourself with management skill set alone is not enough but instead you also need to learn the art of leader ship. Leadership: - 1. Guide & direct a group to a. established a clear vision b. share that vision with others so that they will follow WILLINGLY c. provide the information, knowledge and methods to realise that vision d. Coordinate & balancing the conflicting interest of all member or stakeholders e. enlist the aid and support of others in accomplishment of a common task 2. A Leader ALWAYS step up in time of crisis 3. Most importantly - A leader always continue with passion & innovation despite failure e.g. Bill Gates So long as you are being tasked with a group or job, you must take the accountability and responsibility; take the blame for failure and NOT assign the blame to you member especially those that willingly step up to assist you or your group of committee member. Blaming others and crying over spill milk would not solve the problem faced instead sit down together and think of amicable ways to overcome the issue/s. So long as you have tried your very best - honestly and sincerely either as a leader or only assist (when asked) - then theres no regret. Best regards - not only study hard but study smart... Prayers goes to those on board MH370 as well as their family members. GOD BLESSED.
