Age categories: 6 & under, 7-10, 11-14. 10:30 A.M. — Registration for BOCCE TOURNAMENT (at north shelter house in City Park). Tournament starts at 11:00 A.M. 1:00 – 9:00 P.M. — FOOD VENDORS. Downtown area. 1:00 P.M. — HORSESHOE PITCHING (Doubles play only). $5 Entry Fee. Partners picked by the draw. 12:30 – 1:00 P.M. –Registration for HOME RUN DERBY. Hookie Park, south of pool. $5 Entry Fee. Derby starts at 1:00 P.M. 1:15-1:45 P.M. – REGISTRATION FOR DOG SHOW. This will be held in the Arma City Park (northwest corner). 2:00 P.M. – DOG SHOW begins. Categories: Best Dressed—dog with cutest hero costume; Cutest Puppy—4 weeks-12 months; Best Tail Wagging—judged on the exuberance of dog’s tail motion; Most Obedient—how well dog listens to handler’s commands; Least Obedient—for that “free spirit” dog who has a mind of its own; People’s Choice—all first place winners from the previous classes are judged by the crowd as the best of show. ***Remember to Share our page to let everyone know what is happening in our great town!!!
