Sunday Message: “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Do you ever have those Days where you just feel lost or abandoned or just plane weak? Its normal, due to stress, sickness, and lack of Faith that you can do Anything through God who Strengthens you. Psalms 91-2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. It dont get any simpler. But to break it down we must first have Faith/Trust that God is in control and on your side. A lot of ppl think God is mad at them, they are wrong. God is Love. He wants the Best for us just like a Father Should. Can be summed up is this scripture, Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” Just like A good Father should he corrects us when we do the wrong things. We must reap what we sow, and overcome the stumbling blocks that lay before us each day, but God does not set us up to fail. We do that to ourselves by doing what we want and not asking for his strength and guidance. Like Jonah. He was told to go to one city he tried to run, ended up in a belly of a great Fish. Its easier to do what God has Planned from the start. He will bless and Keep you. More times than not you will end up doing it later anyway and save yourself a few bumps and bruises. It leaves you down the path instead of where you could have been if we just would listen to his plan from the Start. Anyone who thinks they can pull their own boot straps up tight and do it on their own is a Fool. Our Strength comes from God and God is our Strength. Psalm 18:32-34 the God who equipped me with strength and made my way blameless. He made my feet like the feet of a deer and set me secure on the heights. He trains my hands for war, so that my arms can bend a bow of bronze. Father God give us Strength. We are weak but You are strong. We need Your help in all things. You are our foundation that we must build on . Solid, Firm, Just, all powerful and all knowing. Lead us down your path that we may be closer to you. Guide us with your light and help us pass that light to others that Your Name be lifted. Strengthen our Hands to do your work. Strengthen our feet to follow you. Strengthen our Voice that others may Hear. Strengthen our Hearts that we may show the Love to others that You have shown to us. Strengthen our minds that we lean to Your understanding that Your Will be done on Earth as is in Heaven. As a tool placed in the fire becomes hardened by it not consumed let our struggles define and refine us into a stronger vessel that is filled with your Glory. This and all things we ask in Jesus Name. Amen... BG
