Sunday school topic: dealing with depression. some causes include diappointment, low self esteem, financial constraint etc. Depression can be solved through prayers, counselling, sharing of problem, study of the word of God during such state of mind. Brothers and sisters depression must be seen as normal in human life. Marriage couple shd do well to let the other know when in that state to avoid misundestanding, speculation etc. Avoid keeping in doors and cry as method of handling depression. Give the problem to God and hope if u have nothing on earth u have God. Amen ( read psalm 77:1-10)
