Sundays Oddity Etruscan Bronze model liver found near Piacenza - TopicsExpress

Sundays Oddity Etruscan Bronze model liver found near Piacenza Italy and dated to circa 800-500 BC. Inscribed on it are the names of 52 gods. The outer section of the liver is divided into sixteen sections which correspond to celestial regions. The Etruscans were influenced by and arguably were a part of the Phoenician civilization. It is striking to me the similarities in style to the writing on the Bat Creek stone found in Tennessee. It also call to mind the artistic and writing style of the Michigan tablets of which several hundreds of examples have been found throughout Michigan, Ohio and Missouri.
