Supersets supersets supersets. This is actually one of my favorite exercises for rear delts. And to answer a question I was just asked, rep count depends on goal......kind of. Traditionally if you wanna build mass, you go with low to moderate reps(6-10). But thats based on old school training. Recently more people(bodybuilders) say that high reps work just as well or should be incorporated. Ive had this argument ad nauseam. Ill just convey what I do and Ill leave it up to you whether or not you follow. My rep count varies and so do my sets. It works for me but everyone is different. Listen and pay attention to your body. #ElitistSport
