Moving around the building and being a contact point for staff and customer queries and issues. Oversee stock ordering and rotation in conjunction with the catering assistant. Ensuring ordering adjusts to changes in trading patterns. Review existing suppliers and creating new supplier relationships if appropriate. Assisting the owner in developing the Mookie World business by providing ideas regarding seasonal offers, cafe menu changes and how to utilize the facilities during quieter periods. Qualifications / Experience: Previous supervisory experience required. A food hygiene qualification is preferable but not essential.
