Suppe: Wienersuppentopf (beef consumme, boiled beef, carrot and frittaten). Features: Paprikaschnitzel (pork cutlet in a zesty Hungarian paprika/cream sauce), Tiroler Groestl (a variety of meats sauteed with spices/potatoes until crisp), Herwigs Crab cake (thats what it is), Kaslaberl (2 vegetarian potato/egg/cheese patties, lightly pan-fried and topped with Liptauer kaese), Marinated/Grilled Pork Tenderloin served with krauterbutter and salads. By the way our soup today is the Austrian Sundays soup! Its by far the best soup we make as Brandy makes a stellar beef consumme.
