Supper was awful tonight. First of all, I decided to cook my steak in the oven so I put it in a glass baking dish. Then put on my corn on the cob and it seemed like everything was going fine . But , then I got the bright idea to just fry up those steaks on the stove to make them cook faster. So put them into fry pan and on the burner and decided to put glass pan in the sink with some hot water....then the darn thing just blew up in the sink at this time my carrots are cooking corn is steaming and my steaks are sizzling..and I am batty...so put my steak on different burner which was on low heat..tryna just calm down as glass is still popping and grandson is being nosy like he can really help...I am freaking...started cleaning up big shards of hot glass..and then my burner where my steaks are cooking starts on fire...I am running around tryna bring order to my life...so I shut off everything and started cleaning first...supper was steak and burnt onions, carrots cold, corn steamed , and a small amount of rice as I forgot to check to see if we had a lot as I planned the meal...so with my grandsons and mom ..I sat down to eat...and we just were starting to dig in when my eldest grandson got dramatic waving his arms around and knocked his whole plate down...well I did get some leftovers ...as he got my share...I need to win money so I can quit burning my food..lol
