Supplements are not some magical solution to your weight loss goals. Whilst there are some supplements that I personally use and love - many people see them as the answer to their problems. This is a really expensive habit and one that would be much wiser invested in a healthy eating and tailored training plan. Remember the clue is In the name....... They are called SUPPLEMENTS not REPLACEMENTS :)
