I have not finished calculating all the time and expense, but basically I had to cram all of my trial preparation into 3 weeks and it meant a lot of long hours. When I agreed to take this case I entered into an agreement with David that he would not have to pay a single penny for fees or expenses if we could raise the money in donations. I also significantly reduced my hourly legal fee and have been writing off time. Im going to pass the virtual hat though, because quite frankly, I cant take cases like this if I cant get paid something. I think we all agree that cases like Buddahs and Chleos are important.
