Supposed to see my partner @d2dablock in a hr to discuss terms being met and ultimately outcome of current address of @fmrstudios. What Im asking is fair and reasonable, and my partner feels what we verbally agreed on should stand even of its not fair. So we are at a disagreement. I have a very loyal clientele list, in the event I do walk, I still wish my partner positive energy and success if he decides to keep the studio for himself. I have built a legacy over 16 years now, and it honestly isnt about where Im working or even the look of studio, its always been about the service you get working with me. I have a reputation for being highly professional and fair, this dispute does in no way reflect my performance as an engineer. I learned a valuable lesson with this venture and although it was a dream come true, it isnt on comfortable terms. I more than likely will be working out of Brooklyn if today doesnt go well, if that ends up being the case, I hope I keep most if not all my clientele. Getting ready to head to studio, in hopes to have sit down. He attempted to do it while I was working yesterday, Ill respectfully wait until he has time to devote to issue and really discuss it. All parties Ive spoken to have agreed Im not being unfair in my demands, its not even a demand but moreso ensuring one earns their share or just be an investor, since that seems to be intent through action. Pray that all goes well, bc I really would love to stay, I made it a home fast
