Surely the Lord is in this place-- and I did not know it! Genesis 28:16....We all experience lonely times in our lives when it seems that God has abandoned us. It can be one of those times when were going thru an incurable illness, a family member has just gone to be with the Lord or thru a situation where we find no way out. The horizon seems so dark and there seems like one tiny opening in the clouds. Lets turn our frustrations our desperations like the ladders in the story of Jacob and the Angels. Surely God was in that place just as he is now. The Lord alway brings the light that over powers darkness, Jesus Christ always illuminates the darkness to provide the way to the radience and splendor. The way is open between heaven and earth, and every lonely spot is filled with Angels...Lord help me to recognize the opening that reveals your radience and love in the dark places of my life. In every lonely place, God surrounds us with angels.
