Surprise surprise only 1% found to have taken illegal substances. Not to difficult to work out many drug users are in prison working for companies such as IBM, Boeing, Motorola, Microsoft, AT&T, Wireless, Texas Instrument, Dell, Compaq, Honeywell, Hewlett-Packard, Nortel, Lucent Technologies, 3Com, Intel, Northern Telecom, TWA, Nordstrom’s, Revlon, Macy’s, Pierre Cardin, Target Stores, and many more. Or the rest of the drug takers are turning to crime to feed their habit and account for about 80% of criminal activity. But I digress so not content they decide were going to means test the poor just so we can be seen to tackle paying out welfare. You want to tackle welfare then go after the corporations that dont pay their workers a living wage, Like Walmart why should they make vast profits at the expence of the tax payer who has to top up these hard working peoples pay through no fault of themselves. Drug testing is not cheap guess who foots the bill yep the tax payer think about it
