Surveying Services: 50 Victoria Street, for Countrywide Property. Davis Ogilvie provided a Topographical survey plan and later defined the boundaries, placing white top survey pegs in site. Once the architects had completed their design and the council had approved it DO set out offset points and grids so the builders could position the building correctly. Once the building had been enclosed DO then completed a Boma survey for each new tenancy to determine the correct area for lease purposes. This is a typical process for the survey team at Davis Ogilvie as we continue to be an integral cog in the Christchurch rebuild.
