„Surya means sun, removing the darkness. Without any sun there - TopicsExpress

„Surya means sun, removing the darkness. Without any sun there is no creation, it is the main energy source to the entire creation.“ Sri Kaleshwar It is always so touching to me, when we sing number 99 from our Bhajanbook: ‚Dasharatha Nandana Rama…‘ In this bhajan we sing for Rama and praise him as the son (Nandana) of the Sun-Dynastie Raghu. Raghu means ‚rapid light‘ and Kula is the lineage of a family, also their residence. Raghukula describes the origin of the clan (hope this is the right term…)Raghu coming from the sun! This meaning is so wonderful as it shows us how much power is hidden in bhajans and that everything is possible!!! Ramas soul was created from a liquid, which was activated, as Swami Kaleshwar explained, from Vishwamitra through some mantras during a fire ceremony and afterwards given to the furture-mother from Rama to drink. ‚Ram‘ is also a fire bhija. Rama stands also for Dharma – righteousness. He followed the missleaded order from his father to move into a big forest for many years – as a prince! – witout any protest. He even tried to comfort his father in his pain giving such a command. Rama deeply loved his wife Sita, sort of an ideal couple. Today I don’t want to look closer to Rama, because this morning my original inspiration was to invite you to enjoy the wonderful sunlight! Here in Germany at least we have such a wonder-wonder-wonderful summertime and I get often the impression that the people I meet are so relaxed and full of easiness because of this wonderful summer and sunlight. The sun is warming our hearts and souls into the deepest depth! She is shining through all darkness (also our blocs) and disolves it. (In German we have the expression: ‚to bring something into the light‘. It means that the truth comes through.) Enjoy this sunenrgie with gratitude. Right now it is so easy to receive it, in winter time we can find it again in our divine inner soul-light and candles around. By the way, the early morning is the most powerful time for our souls to receive the blessings from the sun. Means: get out of your beds! To comlete this subject I would like to mention that all divine souls, also ourselves(!), are carring the pure light of the sun, most concentrated in our third eye. Swami said Shiva is the most powerful character here. Just follow your heart were you feel pulled to if you would like to connect and charge some sunlight-energy through singing bhajans! Love and sun-light Sabeenamayi
