Suspicious white male in his 20s, brown short hair, stubble on his face, riding a bike, wearing a large straw hat drove up to our driveway and was standing there with his face up to our back gate/backyard entry. Did not expect us to pull into the driveway at the exact moment he rode up. Glad we pulled up when we did. My husband asked him if he needed help & scared him off, he took off on his bike... drinking a quart of milk. Havent noticed him around our neighborhood before.
